The new month has begun and there are several events we are planning at our new gym, which is located at 4463 Ashton Rd., Unit-C, Sarasota, FL 34233.
As a members of the Fitness Alliance of Sarasota, all the gyms are invited to participate.
Open house/Grand Opening--Nov. 6 10:30 AM-12:30 PM
U.S.M.C. Birthday Workout--Nov. 10 at 6:30 AM & 6:00 PM(for all you Marines out there)
Veterans Day Workout--Nov. 11 at 9:30 AM & 6:00 PM (for all of our veterans, and of course, the Marines will come back for more)
Let's make this month one to be remembered.
